Right to return and exchange goods

You can return and/or exchange all ZOLLNER goods at any time (with the exception of special designs, e.g. table cloths made from plain or all over patterned fabrics, products with print, weave and embroidered sections) within 30 days.

With returns the goods should be sent unused, within the deadline and in the original packaging to the following address:

Packaging/delivery charges are not reimbursed with returns and exchanges.
Goods returned carriage forward will not be accepted.

Freight costs are charged with the exchange of mattresses, slatted frames and beds.
