The legal basis for this is Section 26 (1) BDSG. Furthermore, we may process your personal data insofar as this is necessary to defend legal claims asserted against us arising from the application process. The legal basis for this would be Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO; the legitimate interest is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). If an employment relationship is established between you and us, we may further process the personal data already received from you for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with section 26(1) of the BDSG if this is necessary for the performance of the employment relationship or for the exercise or fulfilment of the rights and obligations of the employee representative body resulting from a law, a works agreement or a service agreement (collective agreement). 3.

We process data related to your application. This may be general personal data (such as name, address and contact details), information on your professional qualifications and training or other information that you provide to us in connection with your application. We may also process job-related information that you have made publicly available, such as a profile on professional social media networks.

4. What are the sources of personal data?

We receive personal data directly from you.

5. What are the categories of recipients?

Within our company, only those departments involved in carrying out the application process will have access to your personal data. We also reserve the right to have personal data processed by third parties (e.g. IT service providers) on our behalf on the basis of contracts in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.

6. Is the transfer to a third country or to an international organisation intended?

A transfer to a third country or to an international organisation does not take place and is not intended.

7. How long will your data be stored?

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the decision on your application. If an employment relationship between you and us does not materialise, we may also continue to store your personal data insofar as this is necessary for the exercise or defence of legal claims or you have given us your consent to do so. Otherwise, the application documents will be stored for six months (at the end of the calendar year) after notification of the rejection decision due to legal disputes).

8. What rights do you have?

Every data subject has the right to information under Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. With regard to the right to information and the right to erasure, the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

Right of objection
Insofar as the processing of personal data relating to you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to the processing of this data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process this personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

The objection can be made form-free and should preferably be addressed to:

9. Is it necessary for you to provide personal data?

The provision of certain personal data for an application procedure is unavoidable (e.g. data on training, certificates). In certain cases, companies are also legally obliged to ask for certain data. If we request data from you in addition to your voluntary information on the basis of a legal obligation, we will inform you of this.

10. No automated decision-making
